Salivary gland adenoma help please

1. I have a benign lesion /tumor pleomorphic adenoma on the left parotid gland. Just under ear
Gland itself is ok, no swelling on it ,no itching on or around it. No difficulty in swallowing,
no burning, no pain while chewing . It's painless .
when i touch it feels like a small hard ball stuck on my gland.
I consulted Alypath dr. They said the adenoma has ability to grow and can be inflamed
or 5% chance to convert into malagnent so they prefer surgery for it. I DON'T WANT TO GO IN THIS...

2. Size of tumor 21x20x22mm approx. I diagnosed the adenoma 2 months ago suddenly .. while shaving the beard . the size of adenoma is still the same

3.NO fear.. just a fear of operation..

4.MY hunger is good, my stomach works a little fast. My weight is 83kg, and my height is 5.9 feet . not so chubby but a muscular body. thirst is also good .

5. Sleep is 100per perfect safe and sound deep and mostly no dreams

6. no sensations, no discharge. no pain anywhere

7.currently health issue is sometimes I face IBS , any tense moment in life or any panic situation i feel cramps and stomach get loose . BUT it's Occasionally.

8. i have gallstones also but they are silent till no worries

8. Some phase of my life was in anxiety approx 2-3 years after the death of my father but Now its recovered

9. At my teenage i was good sportsman after marriage and kids no such activities

10. Yes, I am a little bit emotional (like pity feelings) , I like to help poor's , I like to help all those who are in need .

11. My anger level is a sudden jump and then sudden down like normal , overall i am keep calm person and i mind my own business

12. I strongly dislike it when someone disturbs me while eating and sleeping.. and i like delicious foods,

13. i don't like to make much friends
