Fearful person since childhood, Love disposition, social anxiety

I am fearful person since childhood and always dependent on others low self esteem and confidence, i have chronic tonsillitis with recurrent. 2 years ago my wife cheated on me after that my fear anxiety excess and after that i feel more anxious in public like i will lose my control and heart attack will happen or vertigo will happen..i am low weight since childhood.. My weight is 55 and height is 5.10".Bone is not strong and nowadays feel more fatigue mentally and physically.. In childhood i never gone anywhere alone.. Also i want to learn driving but no confidence nowadays feel that something bad will happen and feel that i can nothing can do in life without others help.. I feel helpless and feel that i will not go ahead in my life with myself.. Plz plz suggest remedy or if need i will provide more details.. Currently taking kali phos 3x SBL.. but want more confidence and improve my self esteem.. And sometimes feel jealous and suspicious about everything.. And can't forget love disappointed which my wife do.. I want to remove that thoughts and want to being mentally strong and go ahead in life..
