Low self esteem /Low confidence /Chronic recurrent tonsillitis
My age is 36 and I am fearful and depressive person since childhood Low self esteem and confidence since childhood. Currently I am jobless and don't know what to do in life.. I have chronic recurrent tonsillitis..2 years ago my wife cheated on me.. After that overthinking excess and some times panic attacks social anxiety with fear of heart attack and vertigo.. Currently taking kali phos 3x but i want to move ahead in my life with myself.. I have always dependent on others.. I want to learn car but no confidence.. I am depressed about many things like job, love matter and health fear and also feel that i can't do anything in life without help of others.. Oversensitive when my family members said you can't do anything in life... Plz suggest remedy which increase my self esteem and confidence and courage.. FIRST FEEDBACK AFTER 7 DAYS.
NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER. FOR THREE DAYS
DAY 4.
NAT MUR 1M.TO BE REPEATED AFTER 15 DAYS
Dose five (5) drops/pellets .
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION CALC PHOS 6X AND SILICEA 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.
