Medicine for complex tear in knee posterior horn of medial meniscus

My left knee has developed pain and swelling since one year while playing. Now, the swelling has reduced but while walking or some stress the swelling developed at knee and at ankle with heaviness and little pain while walking or bending down.
MRI reveals complex tear in the posterior horn of medial meniscus with small parameniscal cyst formation. Associated ramp lesion is also noted as evidenced by abnormal hyperintensity between the posterior horn and the joint capsule. Chronic injury to the anteromedial bundle of the ACL and moderate joint effusion.
Please suggest the suitable medicine and also advice that it will be cured by taking medicine only and no surgical operation is required.
