Dr Anuj Please Help with Stomach Issues
Hello Doc,My sister is 28 years old and she is suffering from gas issues lately. Hee gas trouble is ongoing for several years and I was hoping that you would look into this.
For last 3-4 days she has gas and stomach pain. Her entire stomach is bloated which is causing vomiting and headache as well.
Usually her problem begins at evening and get worse at night with frequent vomiting.
She has long history of gas issues. In 2014 she had jaundice and in 2015 she was again hospitalised due to gas and vomiting.
At that time an ultrasound revealed gallstone. She underwent homeopathy treatment where doctor gave her Silicea 200. A couple of months later she decided to go for surgery to get rid of gas issues caused by gallstone.
Before surgery she was again taken for ultrasound but this time it came clean. There wasn't any stone. Later she was referred to another ultrasound center to double check and it also came back clean. 3 different doctors performed ultrasound at 2 centers.
However her gas issues are frequent and only getting worse. She would vomit 8 to 10 times at night casing severe weakness. Usually her problem starts at evening, get worse at night and gets cured by morning. However now she is facing same issue everyday for last 3-4 days.
She only eat home cooked food so it can't be infection due to street food.
Her other issues include constipation type issue where she would go to toilet 3-4 times a day yet that stomach is not properly emptied.
Another problem she is facing is lack of sleep at night. She wakes up till 4 am and barely manages to sleep at night.

IPECAC Q 10 DROPS IN AN OUNCE OF WATER AS AND WHEN THERE IS NAUSEA.
FIRST FEEDBACK AFTER 7 DAYS.
NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE;DINNER. FOR THREE DAY
DAY 4 ONWARDS
LYCOPODIUM 30.
Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 3 Times daily.
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION NAT SULPH 6X AND KALI PHOS 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.

Dear Dr Anuj,
My sister followed the medicines as prescribed by you. Her gas issues and stomach ache is cured now. No major issue in this regard.
Sleep has improved slightly but not so much.

START FERRUM PHOS 6X ,STOP KALI PHOS 6X,THREE TIMES.OTHER REMEDIES TO CONTINUE.
ZINGIBER Q 10 DROPS IN AN OUNCE OF WATER ONES EVERY ALTERNATE DAY.
