Binge eating disorderHello, I'm really struggling with two big problems I need help with.
The first one is binge eating disorder. I have gorged myself often for as long as I can remember, right since childhood. I hate that I have no control when it comes to food, especially junk food e.g Chocolate, crisps etc. I really want to get this problem under control once and for all. It's especially out of control when I'm going through stress and emotional issues in life which I have been recently and in turn the binge eating has been particularly bad recently because of this. I suffer in general with ocd, at times in the past I've suffered with it very extremely.
My second problem is when it comes to sleep. I have always been a night owl, I fight sleep. I just hate having to try to switch off for bed. But I regret it every day! I find it so hard to get up every morning and regret not going to bed earlier but I cannot seem to change this pattern!
Please help me find the right remedy/dosage/way to take correctly and for how long/possible side effects
