ervical lymphadenopathy

patient has swelling of deep cervical lymph node (jugular) of left side of the neck ( posterior triangle lymph node) I had ultrasound which show suppurative lymphadenopathy and size is 23mm x 42mm x17mm has mobile fluid in it < no pain on eating and swallowing but some time it gets softer and some time start paining. Please help me in remedy?

Baryta Carb 30 and Kali Mur 6x 5 drops/pellets of each three times a day.
