Good to hear
How is the feeling of the pressure in the throat while crying and how much do you cry
Kaps last week
pressure is still there -I try to control my emotions but the grief is still overwhelming.I'm not crying every day now though - but something like hearing a particular song or maybe someone talking about my parents will start me off.

I really do not know how to put it across but at this stage you shud cherish your father’s memories rather than grieving I understand that the Only unconditional love is received by everyone is the parents’ love but we have to let it go sometime and trust me the sooner the better
I lost my father when I was just 35 years of age

But this the ultimate truth of living beings barring a couple of exceptions so

I suggest you read Geeta by Iskon people
It really does give solace

I ll look up some other remedy too

This is the prolapse I mentioned at the beginning. Was diagnosed with slight prolapse of womb four years ago but I don't believe its that that gives the problem now.I suffered for years with constipation and have been trying to keep on top by drinking lots of water and occasionaly taking laxative. The stools have been very hard and like large balls to pass a lot of the time and when I need to pass stool I feel the pressure in the vagina. There is no pain in the rectum and no prolapse there. When sitting on the loo even when urinating, I can feel something coming down.Better on sitting down but worse on standing.I have been practising pelvic floor exercises and when getting up from the loo I'm able to pull up on the muscles which helps a bit
