Do Kali Bich tablets have a use by date?

Got a bottle of kali bich tablets 30c, that i would like to use, but they were purchased back in July 18, exp date has rubbed off.

Are they still useable?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

Remedies last for decades. Many countries have laws now with a use by date and require a couple symptoms on the container.
They don’t mean anything.
