spondylolisthesis lv4 / disc lesion lv5 - s1
RespectedPlease find my spine X-ray report, moreover
When I use to walk 80 - 100 meters,
1 - Numbness start in my right foot
2 - then numbness start in my left foot.
3 - After few more step (around 100 - 150 meter) numbness start in upper leg (first right and then left)
Please adivce me in this regards

Pichi Pichi 200 2-3 drops in water/ 02 pills thrice a day half an hour before meals
