Regarding fibroids you may be right, but with 7 miscarriages, the doctors had shown me concerns if it was harmful in my case.
Regarding conceiving we have already cancelled with IVF as there is only 10% chance
Well we will go with natural conceiving, but before that i was thinking if you could suggest if any medicine is needed before or during pregnancy, as I already had a miscarriage 3 months ago, therefore before proceeding i need some help, so that same thing is not repeated.
In 2 to 3 months we are planning to try for pregnancy, whats your advice on this or should i wait a little more.
Lastly previous homeopathy doctors gave me vibernum opulus and pulsatila during pregnancy, didn't help in my first pregnancy.
After using Aconite there is no change, firstly i don't know that this medicine is for tension, so i didn't notice any change.

Aurum Metallicum 200 05 drops in water / 04 pills at bed time for three days post symptoms on fourth morning
Post the date of current menses
From 4th morning Ustilago Maydis Mother tincture 10 drops in water twice a day half an hour before breakfast and dinner for 10 days
Procure Apis Mel 200 and Apis Mel 1 M and post what form pills or liquid have you procured
God willing you will have a full term this time

Ideally menses is 28 to 30 days cycle but you are getting it generally 4-5 days early
Where are you located ?

It will take 3 weeks for medicine to come, due to slow delivery times because of covid.

I took aurum metallicum 200 for 3 days, today is the fourth morning.

One more thing i would like to mention that this time my period started on 28th Sept, its been 8 days now, little bleeding ( sometimes some drops, or spots or little diluted bleeding) not a proper flow yet.
Normally it doesn't happen, i used to bleed with flow 2 or 3 days then spot and finishes around 6 to 7 days. This time i don't know whats happening.
Regarding the other 2 medicines
Apis Mel 200 and Apis Mel 1M
Bought them in liquid form as well.

Secondly mentally iam fine, at times get tense or stressed out due to certain situations or circumstances and due to overthinking, otherwise all is well.

Just to bring in your notice that in 2 days periods stop,i.e on Oct 10th ends
But today since evening bleeding started again in form of few drops, if there is anything you suggest, iam still taking Ustilago Maydis as per your instruction.
