I went through a relationship issue which resulted in very bad longing for relationship, for which Natrum Mur partially helped. Then I saw following peculiar symptom under Aurum Met. Which is my symptom.
“ Great anguish coming from precordial area prevents resting anywhere “
Or
“ Great anguish springing from region of heart so that he cannot rest anywhere “.
Constitution agree, particular agree.
I started 10m potency , soon I felt great relief. My feelings significantly reduced and thinking about that issue significantly reduced. But I have to take it everyday otherwise this symptom comes back. I don’t want to take it every day but no other option, I tried 200 potency which did not help.
One and half month daily one dose, problem significantly reduced but not completely gone. I don’t know how to complete cure.

No murid, this is a medical condition,dear, proven by research, that’s why remedies are effective.
Sluggish digestion. Started with 10 M,did very well, did not want to take high potency daily so tried to come down,Took 200 potency at least twice daily three to four days, did not work had to go back to 10 M. Which did well. Again came down 200 did not work so went back to 10 M..

Also it was more in lighter mood than a serious advise
When was the last dose and what potency
Always try 30 as it aggravates the symptoms almost immediately, therefore, you can discern if the remedy is well suited or not
What are your present symptoms?

Symptom as I mentioned is anguish coming from precordial region or coming from around heart, Which are mentioned under Aurum description.
1-If I stop Aurum 10 M then what should I do when symptoms return.

Digitalis 30 3 drops twice a day in water / 03 pills twice a day
Merely saying anguish from precocial area is dose not convey much about the symptoms
Try to be as elaborate as you can thoughts sleep dreams what aggravates what ameliorates what triggers it is it thru out the day?
