Exudate under edge of 2 year old crown

My wife was diagnosed with periodontal disease in 2014. She has 50 per cent bone loss. There is thick, clear exudate seeping out of crown edge, lower left molar. The odor is offensive. She experiences pain under edge of crown when she places floss underneath. Dentist wants her to have gum surgery to remove plaque. Will you please find a homeopathy remedy for her. With gratitude. Hello, I apologize for the delayed reply. Remedy was purchased online. My wife took homeopathic remedy as recommended. No change. Symptoms persist. She will visit dentist soon for treatment. Thank you so much for your help. Kind regards. Declan.
