Bursitis of the left knee

Hello, I have had bursitis on my left knee for three months. In the beginning I had a slight throbbing pain, warming without redness. Wishing to put cold compresses.
Now I have only a swollen knee, periodic slight throbbing pain. Better at rest: the swelling decreases slightly. Worse than movement: it swells more.
Which medicine is right for me

Bryonia 30 five pellets three times a day and Kali mur 6x five tabs three times a day.

Feed back after 4 days.

Within 4 days of admission, the recurrent pain completely disappeared. The swelling of the knee dropped by over 50%. I think I will continue for a few more days until the symptoms completely disappear. Thanks.
