Sleep Bruxism in 10 year old Girl, Cina not working
Dr Anuj or anyone else,Can you suggest a remedy for sleep bruxism, we were prescribed cina years ago and it used to work and then later the issue returned. Now its not even working. She is biting her teeth so badly that the person next to her cannot sleep.
Current medications:
She takes Agraphis Nutans 5c (1X)and Kali Sulph (2x) dose daily for adenoids and snoring with open mouth which has improved.

- enlarged adenoids (diagnosed) 2006, Dr suggested surgery but we don't to.
-Snoring and sleeps with open mouth on the back.
- Has severe mouth sores very often -
-Sleep Bruxiusm - severe (my other kid also had it but cina and nat mur worked for him).
a)Worsening factors for each complaint: - Winters stuffy nose, India visits stuffy and running nose.

c) In your opinion, What is the expected cause for your problem? Cold foods and winters and dust may be
9. Mind. - sensitive, happy, desire friends but plays well alone. Loves to dance and very active thruout the day
10. Thermal: which weather do you prefer hot or cold? Cold.
11. Do you have Frequent or occasional nausea,vomiting to any food,headache,mouth ulcer,sneezing, gas trouble - No. Stuffy nose and this causes severe teeth biting in night. Usually quick sleeper but when sick does not sleep well at all. Saline nose rinse makes her better.
12. Stool: Irregular 1 in 2 days.
13. Urine: regular
15. Sweat - normal no odor
16. Sleep: some snoring sleeps with open mouth
17. Appetite: 3 meals 2 snack
18. Thirst: how many glasses - normal with food and extra depending on weather

NUX VOM 30
5 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER. FOR THREE DAYS.
DAY 4 ONWARDS
LYCOPODIUM 30.
Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 3 Times daily.
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION NAT PHOS 6X AND KALI PHOS 6X,THREE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.

Sorry doc I missed your first sentence feedback after 7 days.
I gave all the medicines and her symptoms stopped and I stopped medicines for last 1 week. She started mildly biting teeth again since yesterday.

Teeth biting stopped, continuing medicine. Also wanted to check on this with you. She has had face rash (small pimple type) for years now its becoming worse and she is becoming conscious of it. See pic. Please suggest a remedy if possible.

STOP LYCO AND KALI PHOS,START CALC CARB 30 AND CALC PHOS 6X THREE TIMES A DAY.REST NO CHANGE.

Slight rash there now, the way she has always had baby rash just fyi. I don't know if she can clear it completely.

Dr, no change, she gets rash then slowly it heals then she gets them again and so on. Cheeks are always red with rash.
