Spinal cord

I am Azeem Baig from Karachi Pakistan
My age is 58
My weight is 80 kgs
Profession is Assistant Private Secretary
Since last two years effected with Backache problem because of fallen from the 30 feet height in March 2019 followed by medical treatment diagnosis two lower discs found compressed, whole body shaken including brain resulting nausea, vision problem, tiredness, need to sleep despite having tight sleep still felt dizziness.
Doctor advised that I remained under severe depression for a long time causes lowered tempered in behavior, while focusing a work for long feel tiredness. Anti-depression medicines uses since long.
Cannot sit on foot even few minutes
Burning backache on lower side
Treatment advised to reduced pain in backache, headache, feel stretching muscles
Dizziness occasionally while moving the head
Feeling a layer on forehead that covered the head restricting to understand the surrounding activities in full swing.
Occasionally remained under constipation, less hunger,reduces having quantity of food
any expert here to respond in resolving the problem cited above

You may need several medicines to treat this problèm. Thé first One is Arnica. Take Three doses of Arnica 30 at roughly 4 hour interval in One Day and thén stop.
