Chronic Torn Meniscus ---- 6c or 30c Remedy potency?

Hi,
I tore my meniscus 10 yrs ago. I did not want surgery. It healed enough for me to walk without pain with the aid of supplements and a few remedies which I took in 30c. However, I am UNABLE to fully bend the right knee. It sometimes swells/hurts after exercise or repeatedly going up & down stairs.

I researched and found a few remedies for me for the cracking sound when bending, unable to bend due to stiffness, and some pain at times issues. RUTA, COLOCYNTH, and PULSATILLA seem to match the physical symptoms most closely.

QUESTION:
Do I use a 30c? Or do I use a 6c, because the issues are chronic in time, though not necessarily "constant".

The pain is not constant. The stiffness is better some days than others. The cracking on bending happens occasionally. The INABILITY to bend past a 90 degree angle is CONSTANT/CHRONIC. I caanot bear weight on my RIGHT knee (I cannot kneel, and it is very hard to squat on just my one good left knee/leg if I am getting down on the floor to do exercise or to clean, for example. Very hard to get up from floor as I must rely just on my good left knee -- which I fear I am stressing too much at times. I don't want my good knee to also blow out.)

Much Thanks to anyone who replies!

Start with 6c. Then move to 30c.
