Antidote for NAT mur 10m
Hello all, my homeopath has had me take NAT mur 10m once a week for the last 4 weeks and my anxiety has gotten worse, insomnia has too. I am perimenopausal. How do I antidote the Nat Mur 10M please? Anyone help? Thank youLoulou3 on 2021-11-04

I have seen quite a few cases where antidotes to nat mur do not work. What has always worked is getting a person well trained in acupressure or shiatsu massage-this clears your body. The amount of doses and potency the “homeopath” advised is major overdosing-I would not work with that person again.
