Dear Doctor!

With reference to a mailed by Sherdil.
I am father of Shahzaib. My office colleague Sherdil has advised me to submit this case of my son. It is already submitted for your favourable and considered by you Doctor.
Case History:
Name: Shahzaib, Age: 7 years 8 months (08.02.2014), Weight: 16 kg, Height: 112cm or (3’.8”) Feet.
Location: Sialkot and now-a-day at Karachi, Pakistan (on attachment basis for the sake of physiotherapy).
Issue at Birth: Doctors said that he started crying 3 to 4 minutes following the delivery/birth.
Issue at the age of 45 days: He contacted a disease of rickets with loose motion at the age of 45 days and started weaken and lean. However, recovered from the said ailment within two months. Later on, he could not sit owing to the weakness and again suffered from acute fever rose 105 F which left him paralyzed physically and to some extent mentally. Doctors recommended him physiotherapy for his recovery. Upon continuous physio, he started sitting at the age of 3 years with bent back. Now he is seven year old and can stand with the help of support with bent knee and does not keep the heel on ground. Doctors said that stiffness and high tendon prevails in his knees and feet which should be gradually removed with the help of physiotherapy.
As far as mental health and comprehension is concerned, he recognizes his parents. If he has been asked that where is moon? Then he indicates the direction with the help of eyes. He becomes frightened when observe cats, dogs, goats, buffaloes/cows etc. He starts crying / weeping when he feels hungry. He is fond of healthy diet i.e. Juices, Bread, Wheat Roti/Chapatti, Banana, Apple and Breakfast with rusk and tea. He takes sleep of 10 hours daily in the night. You have prescribed as;
MEDORRHINUM 200 WEEKLY DOSE FIVE PELLETS.
IN ADDITION: a) CALC FLOUR 6X, b) SILICEA 6X, c) CALC PHOS 6X.
THREE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY.HAS TO BE CONTINUED FOR 6-7 MONTHS.
FORTNIGHTLY FEEDBACKS.

Dear Doctor! He has to go for physiotherapy on a daily basis as you saw in photos. Should it be continued? Regards.

It has been observed better feeling in his comprehension.
I do hope that slowly gradually he is going to improve his sensibility and InshaAllah with your good cooperation we meet the target.

Any suggestion for his feeding fruits vegetables and something else.
