cervic polyp - delayed painful period

Hello Doctor,
I am 38yr old female, do not have child and am now diagnosed with cervic polyp of half centimeter which my gynecologist advised to get removed.

I also have external wart on anus.

Kindly advise how it can be treated without operation. My periods are frequently delayed from a year now.

I had PCOS 10+yrs ago but 4yrs ago and latest ultrasound show good reproductive health.
