Are there any risks using homeopathy nightly for sleep?
I’ve struggled with insomnia as long as I can remember. It is getting worse as I’m trying to taper off an SSRI I was prescribed for over a decade. About three years ago I started taking a remedy called Rest by Hyland. The remedy works very well for me, and I used to only take it sporadically. But for the last 1.5 years I’ve almost taken it nightly, and noticed I have to take slightly more pills for it to take effect. I’ve also noticed an increase in my night sweats, although this could be from other variables like the taper. I’ve tried to stop the remedy, but get little to no REM according to my Fitbit. Id prefer to continue to wean the SSRI and then work on stopping the remedy. Are there any risks involved with counting to use nightly?Darling787 on 2021-12-03

Firstly get rid of that Fitbit
A large amount of mental energy is wasted there to analyse the same
Let the natural biological clock work for you.
Your age M/F and symptoms that you have now
If u do not take the medicine REST do you or not get sleep try it for a day or so
How much more are you taking REST than prescribed on the bottle or by the physician?
Post the contents of REST
Do NOT Fitbit for monitoring ur sleep
