Numbness and burning in hand

Hi
my mom is 70+ and she is having a issue of numbness in right hand specially on the thumb and index finger and pain in hand and fingers. During sleep it get worst. she often feels burning sensation in her upper side of hand. Her thumb joint bone is also increasing in size but main problem is of numbness in right hand. kindly suggest any remedy.

FIRST FEEDBACK AFTER 7 DAYS.

NUX VOM 30

15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER. FOR ONE DAY.  


DAY 2 ONWARDS

NAT MUR 30.


Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 3 Times daily.

Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.

Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.

IN ADDITION CALC FLUOR 6X and FIVE PHOS 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.

Just collected all the medicines but I have one concern that my mother is also taking heart medicines from a long time and i heard that nux vomica is an antitod and removes the effects of all other medicines. so is it safe to give her nux vom. kindly confirm so that we can start these remedies.

GIVE NUX IT WILL NOT HAVE ANY ADVERSE EFFECT.
