To professionnal Homeopaths only : Nux Vomica 10M : duration of action ?

Hello to homeopathic Doctor,

My experienced homeopath recommended to me to take a dry dose of 50 globules of Nux Vomica 10M, to treat my hypersensitivity, my abominable migraines, to eliminate the traces of 45 bad homeopathic remedies (!!!!) given these last 6 years, and - this in order to allow me to gently welcome my similimum remedy, namely calcarea carbonica.

It’s been 1 week since I took the dose, I showed a lot of fatigue, pain in the faith, lumbago, sciatica ... but it's going a little better.
On the other hand my migraines are always abominable ... according to you, and considering that 10m is a significant dilution, when can I expect the end of these migraines?

Nux Vomica is said to work for about 10-12 days ...
Finally, can coffee or alcohol stop Nux Vomica from working?

Although hypersensitive, homeopathic remedies have always caused provings, whether I drink coffee and alcohol or not.

Duration of action of Nux Vomica is 1--7 days.
You can antidote it naturally by taking something sour like lemon or orange juice.
