1 year old girl biting striking

Hello

I would like your opinion on a selection of remedy for a 1 year old girl please. She has many symptoms of Pulsatilla. 30c and 200c have been given, has helped a little but it doesn't seem to complete the case - as there are new symptoms developing.

1 year old girl
* Alone aggravates. Wants constant company or cries. Must always have someone in the room, otherwise she constantly cries, moans, whining. Demands attention a lot.
* Weeping - the only thing that stops her from not being upset is fresh air - taken outside, the weeping stops and she cheers up.
* In the past few days, she has started biting people. Striking mother and father - and thinks this is funny.
* She is not teething at the moment.
* Very defiant - will continue to do something "naughty" like pull the plug out of the wall. Will repeat it even though she is removed from the area - goes back to it. Laughs when told off or when removed from area.
* Restlessness / busy. Constantly on the go... plays with toys, rushes around everywhere. Must be doing something.
* When she is tired or hurt or in the whining mood - she wants cuddles and to be held.
* Generally warm blooded. Does not like socks on. The less clothes, the better. Her body feels warm to touch. The only place where she does get cold are her hands.
* Arches her back when picked up (in the morning on waking or after nap). Becomes stiff as a board.
* Thirst - small quantities often.
* Desires: bread (3), meat (3), eggs (2) spaghetti bolonaise (the meat and sauce, but not the pasta), mandarins (citrus), olives, icecream, bacon, sweet, cucumber, strawberry.
* Aversion: not keen on rice or pasta. but occassionally eats.
* Sleep: sleeps curled up or on hands & knees (cina, med). sleeps knees/chest postion (med, bell, puls, carc)
Does not want blankets.
* Throws things - drink bottle, toys. when she is angry. stomps her feet.
* Birth history: Forceps delivery -shoulders were stuck and the umbilical cord was wrapped around her neck twice. Mother had a very severe tear, lost a lot of blood, needed transfusions - in intensive care and needed to be stitched up. Baby and mother were away from each other for the first day.
* For 12 months the girl has been healthy. No complaints physically. Crawling at 4 months, walking at 10 months, teeth started at 10 months.
* Chamomilla and Cina have been given with no effect.
Thank you for reading this case and any suggestions would be appreciated.

Can you send a photo of her sleeping. You can upload it to my email address.

I will email you a photo when I remember next to take one.
More often, she is curled up like in the foetus postion.
But lately she is in the knee / chest position (which I find quite unusual as I have not seen before in other babies / people). She is kneeling while arms forward. I will email you a photo when I see it next. In the meantime, what remedy do you suggest? Or would you like more information first?

Treatment of very young children is difficult because they cannot tell and symptoms are not developed. Therefore keynotes are very important. As knee -chest position is an important symptom of Medorrhinum I would suggest a dose of Medorrhinum 30 to begin the treatment.
