9 Year Old Boy Coughing from Throat, No Cough comes out

Dear Sir

My Son 9 year Old, Very Active.

He Coughing from last 10 days, No Cough after Sleep.

Kho Kho Type, Dry Cough, Coughing from Throat.

From Evening it increases. He Drinks Plenty of Water

I Tried Causticum 30, Phosphorus 30, Combination of Rumex 30, Bryonia 30 and Chamomila 30.

but not Releived.

please advise.

Try Sulphur 30
thrice a day before food.
If condition improves reduce the dose to once in a day.
