Swollen and tightened anal passage need urgent help
I am a 35 years old Male had problem of constipation for long time. Always using laxative and suppositories for this problem which has worsened to the extent that my anal passage is extremely tight and swollen very difficult to pass gases even. Doctor gave me antibiotics for 10days but I felt little better for two or three days only. I don't want to take antibiotics anymore. I had sprite yesterday and I had very bad stomach ache last night gasses were travelling in my intestines but not able to pass gas then I took antacid thrice and felt little better. My stool comes in small pieces then little air and water etc.Kindly suggest me some effective remedy for my problem I am very much worried about itFaraz2 on 2021-12-24

NUX VOM 30
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER. EVERY DAY
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION SILICEA 6X and NAT PHOS 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.
YALO TABLETS 2 AT NIGHT EVERY DAY.

Thanks a lot for your reply sir but yalo tablets are not available here can I replace it with some other tablets or constipation drops available in Pakistan?

Dear Sir,
I am taking the remedies as prescribed.
I have another issue which I want to discuss I had UTI with testicle infection around one month back for which doctor advised me to take antibiotics for 10days. I took Augmentin 800 for ten days and cranberry sachet. Now it's back again my testicles are not normal I am peeing little urine again an again.i have fever and body ache. I am sharing my ultrasound report as well. I don't want to take antibiotics again because they cause gastric issues as well.
Kindly suggest me some remedy for this issue please
