Need Homeopathic expert’s opinion “Rectal Fistula”
Hi, I am Male age of 50 years, Weight- 172 lbs. No diabetes, no BP or other diseases.On 22nd September 2021 I felt the first pain very close to the anus, within the next 2 weeks I noticed the existence of boils there. On 10 October 2021 when I sought the help of an allopathic surgeon, he prescribed me a total of 14 days of antibiotics in 2 phases which literally fails. On October 15, the abscess ruptured and pus came out and which has became a regular routine and I realized that it was actually a “Rectal Fistula” ultimately my doctor (surgeon) suggests surgery. But I have decided to try homeopath remedies first, and I started taking homeopathic remedies in the following ways under a local homeopath
From 29-10-2021 to 9-11-2021 (12 days)
Echinacea Ang Q. <br>Sulfur
Silicea 30
*** 10 days gape
From 19-11-2021 to 26-11-2021 (7 days)
Silicea 200
*** 10 days gape
From 06-12-2021 to the present I am going through
1. Silicea 1 M (20 drops twice a day)
2. Calcarea fluoricum 30C (5 drops 3 times a day)
My present condition :
It’s been almost 3 months that the first abscess ruptured, since then pus is oozing never stoped, pus quantity is not so much though.
After every 2/1 hour of bowel movement, the boil becomes full of pus and after a while yellow pus come out and the pain subsides a bit. The rest of the time transparent pus keep discharging.
My question :
1. How many days can I take
** Silicea 1 M (20 drops twice a day)
** Calcarea fluoricum 30C (5 drops 3 times a day)
Can I continue this medicine like 1 more month??
2. I found on the internet where a famous Homoeo expert says— There is a superb medicine name “Staphylococcinum 200C” for recurrent pus in Acne, Gum abscess, Rectal Fistula, Boils etc. In case the other medicine could not work and he was talking about one dose of Staphylococcinum 200C .
But the question is what is one dose (Staphylococcinum) for Rectal Fistula ? Is it “5 drops” or “10 drops” or what??
And what other medications needs to be taken besides this?
Any homeopathic expert here, who can solve the questions??

Stop all the remedies 1M 20 drops is rather damaging

Hi, should I continue Calcarea fluor 30C (5 drops with water 3 times a day) with “Paeonia officinalis 200C”

Hi, Today I am on the 3rd day of taking Paeonia O 200 (4 drops with water 3 times a day)
My current condition is as follows :
1. Yellow pus discharge has 75% decreased but transparent pus keep discharging.
2. Pain and discomfort are reduced by about 75%
3. After bowel movement symptoms are much better now.
Would you please give me some directions?

Good to know
You shud wait for a day or two and see that if there is further improvement
Hopefully you need not take anything post symptoms if these aggravate else post after 2-3 days

Hi, Sorry, I guess I missed something. Do I need to continue Paeonia O 200 for 2/1 more days? Or I need to wait and see without medicine?

Hi all, I was taking Paeonia O 200 (from 26th dec. to 29th dec. total 4 days) as per direction. Soon after stopping Peony from 30th dec. morning the symptoms are coming back
1. After bowl movement felt little bit of pain and discomfort came back (30th dec morning), Yellow pus is forming and discharging.
2. Anus is slightly swollen (Right side & the external opening of the fistula is also in the right side) but the pain is less.
3. Transparent pus keep discharging like before.

Hi all, I was directed to repeat Paeonia O 200 for another week. Jan 1 to Jan 4 (first 4 days) symptoms were stable, I’m not saying that I was completely cured or the wound was healed or the fistula tract dried up, but the condition was stable. But on Jan 5 & Jan 6 (5th/6th day) the condition worsen, like -
1. Yellow pus secretion has increased.
2. Anus beside fistula external opening was swollen.
3. Pain & discomfort feeling was around the area.
On 6th day (Jan 6) I took the medicine for 2 times and on the 7th day I didn’t take the medicine. Interestingly after stopping the medicine I’m feeling better (7th day/ Jan 7) than 5th & 6th day.
Today (Jan 8) my condition is as follows:
1. Yellow pus almost not being seen there.
2. Pain and discomfort feeling reduced than before.
3. But transparent pus is discharging as before.
4. The fistula tract is being felt under the skin of peri anal area, which is hard.

Hi, I have been taking the same remedy (2 drops with water thrice a day) for 4 days, as directed.
Today my symptoms :
1. Yellow pus almost not being seen there.
2. Pain and discomfort feeling almost not felt.
3. Sticky transparent discharge reduced but still there.
4. The fistula tract shrink and shorter than before but is being felt under the skin of peri anal area, which is hard. Any direction please?

Hi, I took Paeonia 200 (Reduced dose/ 2 drops with water once a day) yesterday and today. Today my symptoms:
1. Feeling little bit of pain and discomfort.
2. 2/1 drop light yellow pus has also been seen.
Any direction please.

Hi, I was directed Paeonia 1M 5 days ago, but unfortunately it took me 5 days to collect the remedy (Peonia 1M), in the meantime I was taking Paeonia 200 as follows:
1.Jan 14, 15, 16 3days (2drops with water twice)
2. Jan 17, 18 2days (2drops with water once)
Today (Jan 19) my symptoms:
1. Yellow pus almost not being seen there.
2. Pain and discomfort feeling almost not felt.
3. The swelling of the anus has decreased.
4. The Fistula tract is being felt under the skin of peri anal area.
5. The external opening of the Fistula is there like an acne (Red in colour) discharging transparent sticky liquid (not so smelly).
Any direction please.
N.B. — Paeo 1M is in my hand now.

Hi, today I’m on the second day of Paeo 1M (before lunch 1 drop with water). After wipe discharge by tissue from under there brownish shade is seen on the discharge. Very little discomfort feeling is there. From last night I have got high fever of 102f/103f, I’m Covid vaccinated, Can I take (Paracetamol bp/allopathic) for fever or any other directions for Paeo 1M
