Pemphigus, lipomas, staph
I'm hoping someone here can give me some thoughts.I have a 12 year old dog who was over-vaccinated badly as a puppy. He receives no more at this time.
At 12 years old he was presented with skin eruptions, cracked/yellowish paw pads, and a depigmented nose (pinkish/gray instead of black). He was diagnosed with Pemphigus. A month or so later, he developed a large, round, red and scaly spot on his side that seemed painless and moderately itchy. At the same time, he developed several lipomas all over his body as well as a suspicious looking one in his mouth (lower jaw, in the gums, under the bottom teeth and the lump has been pushing the lower teeth upwards.) The circular outbreaks (staph?) are now all over his body. Antibiotic therapy failed and it's getting worse.
He's very "hot", always looking to lay in cool areas and pants easily. He's a great eater but has always been lean (not skinny). He's very intelligent and is a very fast learner, and is also hyper sensitive to moods, emotions, or being told off. Loud high pitched sounds make him cringe. Drinks water often, but not in excess each time. Sleeps a lot.
His nose has lost the cobblestone appearance. His eyerims are good with minimal occasional flaking. Whites of eyes reddish, tear stains easily. Footpads are much improved but are yellowish, with flaking and occasional bleeding. Ears are good. Coat is sparse. Seems restless sometimes. Nose drips clear, watery fluid (no mucous or thick discharge, no sneezing.) Audible breathing while in deep sleep (snoring). No wheezing or audible breathing sounds while awake. Sore joints/muscles. Seems depressed. Possible focal seizures (we are not sure as these come rapidly and disappear).
He has had high ALP/GGT (liver) numbers in the past. ALT and others are WNL.
He is on plant sterols for immune modulation as he did not handle steroids well. He does not get much exercise because he can't be in the sun due to the autoimmune condition.
I'm hopeful someone can help my little guy. Thank you for reading.

Thank you kindly for your response.
I have Thuja occidentalist 30c. Would that be acceptable? My pharmacy carries 30c's and some 6c's, rarely 200's.

Nose: Increased depigmentation, scaling
Feet: minor blistering but tolerable
Skin: developed one hot spot; circular patterns diminished but still great scaling
Lipoma's etc: same
Overall spirits are good, but sleeps a lot. Whites of eyes still reddish but have improved a bit. Wondering if this was a symptom aggravation.
Thoughts are appreciated.

It's possible. He's a very hyper-sensitive dog, a simple scolding will make him walk out of the room cringing. To compare, if he were a person who was working for you and you told them they were doing a great job but could they please do (one thing) differently, they'd take it personally and be sad as though they have failed.
I've been reading about Sulphur and I think it might help. He fits the description, however I am confused as to what potency (I have 12c, 30c, and 200ck) as well as how often to administer. Would it be worth a try?
If it helps, he was treated very effectively with Ars. Album 30c many years ago for serious digestive complaints, which he rarely experiences anymore.

Today my little guy tested positive for heavy metals and is on a preparation (combo) to help get rid of them. It contains Aluminum, Antimodium, Berllium, Cadmium, Cuprum, Lycopodium, Mercurisus solubilis, and Plumbum metallicum.
He will be on this for some time, but I will be updating you as he progresses.
I can't say thank you enough for your help thus far. I very much appreciate your time and help!
