Lyrngitis, voice hoarseness, vocal card nodules

Dear doctors,
Good morning, i have been suffering from hoarseness of voice for two months. Doctor says i have nodules on vocal cords. There is no medicine in allopathic only micro surgery can cure the problem.

History
Mouth throught was dryed for some months.
Used selenium 3x two times
Cholesterol level 250
HbA1C 6.05
IeG 547
Rest blood test normal
Itching on face
Dryness dandruff

Can I know more about the condition?
What is the present complaint and how long does it persist ?
Does any factor increases the complaints
And does any factor reduces the complaints ?
Also share how the condition started.

I am uder treatment of a homeopathic practitioner for three days. Present he gave me Ars Alb 1m only one dose. No pain, only voice problem. However I have nasal polyps

Your physician has chosen an remedy based on your constitution, so this process should not be disturbed with other remedies, unless your complaints are increased. So please avoid other homoeopathic medication.
