Trouble controlling appetite/weight and sudden rapid hair loss.Hi. I'm a 22 year old overweight female.
I have been overweight my entire life. I was born weighing 9 lbs and began gaining a lot of weight at around 4 or 5 years old. I have never been at an average/normal weight for someone of my age and stature. My weight continues to go up, and whenever I get on diets I gain everything back. I can quickly lose 30 lbs but then gain 40 lbs just as fast. At my heaviest I weighed 287 lbs but currently I weigh 251 lbs.
I'm very lazy and don't have the motivation to exercise and I'm plagued by pain throughout my entire body, especially in my lower back. I was also diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes around 6 months ago but for now my blood sugar is in a decent state.
I crave anything that is sweet (fruit, pastries, juice, etc.) and then immediately after will begin to crave salty food (cheese, chips, pretzels, etc). It creates a pattern. After my diabetes diagnosis I've tried replacing the sweets with sugar-free options, but I frequently find myself eating sweets even though I'm aware of my condition. I also do crash diets in which I refuse to eat anything for most of the day and will have 1 small meal at night.
I also eat even if I'm not hungry at all, and typically this consists of junk food (bread, chips, beef jerky, etc).
There is a new condition that I recently discovered. In the beginning of November I noticed that the part in my hair has become wider and I can see my scalp underneath my hair. My hair has begun falling out rapidly. It has become thin and I can feel the hair pop out when I brush it. I have chronic white dandruff and my hair becomes oily the day after washing, but all of the medical articles I have read say that dandruff does not cause hair loss.
I would appreciate it if someone could recommend some remedies for me. Thank you. :)

I would suggest you to take CALCAREA CARBONICA 200(3 pills),
Twice a day on morning and night before food.
Also take phytolacca berry Q thrice a day - 10 to 15 drops in half cup of water.
Have a 10 minutes gap between each medicinea.
Avoid coffee and sour items.
Do some basic exercise for atleast 10 mins.
You should avoid eating fatty food and diary products.
Drink plenty of water and fresh juices or smoothies.
