Uterine polyp removal need urgent help
Dear Sir,I am female age 45 I am having uterine polyp removal D&C this week. It's been a year the polyp have been there and now I am booked for it's removal.
Kindly advice me some homeopathic remedy which eases my pain during and after this procedure removes side effects of the drugs used during procedure and can help me heal without scar tissue formation
Need urgent guidance and will really appreciate it.

Before surgery, take one dose : ARNICA 30C
• after surgery, repeat one dose every three hours,or as often as necessary.
Nux vomica 30 will relieve the vomiting after operation, when accompanied by much retching,and also the side effects of the antibiotics.
Have it three times a day,in case the above symptoms manifest immediately after the operation,or after a week of taking Arnica.

Dear Sir,
My surgery is on Thursday and I went for physical exam today and the doctor said I have infection and prescribed me falagyl 400 twice daily. I am afraid of antibiotics because I already have history of stomach issues ( ulcer). Is there some homeopathic remedy for infection in uterus which can replace falagyl? Sorry to bother you again but I shall be really thankful if you can advice me accordingly.

Echinacea Q and Silicea 6x 20 drops of former in some water three times a day.5 tabs of Sil three times a day.
You will require minimum one weeks time for the remedies to show results.

FIRST FEEDBACK AFTER 7 DAYS.
NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER. FOR THREE DAYS
DAY 4 ONWARDS
THUJA 30.
Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 3 Times daily.
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION CALC PHOS 6X and SILICEA 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.

Thank you very much for your kind advice sir.
I have another issue for a week or so I got caught cold and my stomach is very disturbed.i feel like vomiting even with empty stomach and when I eat some food very little like tea and two three biscuits I just throwup. I am also not feeling well overall very tired and even if I get out of the quilt I have feeling of vomiting. I feel this cold weather is unbearable for me and it has affected my stomach very badly I have history of gastritis but I was fine lately but now I fear it has started again. I can not digest even lil food. I get hungry to the level that I get stomach cramps but eating a lil makes me more sick I am unable to understand what's happening. Kindly suggest me something for this problem please I am very sick

Ipecac 30 five drops three times a day.
Mag Phos 6x and Nat Sulph 6x five tabs of each three to four times a day.
Feedback after 4 days.

Dear Sir I am taking these remedies as prescribed.my vomiting is gone (but Mera Dil khrab hota hai Sara din desire to eat something sour like imli etc) and digestion is lil better than before. I am still feeling very tired and sick no energy in body. Weather is good now but I am still feeling cold my feet are always cold even wearing double socks.

Dear Sir I am taking all the remedies you prescribed.I have an improvement of 50% in my symptoms but only lil change in feeling cold. Kindly advice me further please?

I had urine test and it shows ketones 1+
