Dear Doctor!

Mr. Sattar Driver of the office, Age: 56, Weight: 65 Kgs, height: 6 feet, Profession: Driving (Commercial) for field work always ever ready for official call. He is Residence of Tharparker Desert area of Sindh just like Rajasthan in Hind and serving as a driver at Karachi. He has requested for his symptom history as:
1. He is suffering by Kidney Stone problems from 1991, Married in 1995. Whenever, he suffered from the kidney stone problem, he starts eating a leaf of Pathar Chatta plant just like a culture of that area and after some days, the stone splitting and finished just like sand in urine. Sometime, due to unavailability of Pathar Chatta plant then taking homeopathic medicine Berberis Q by taking 5 drops in a glass of water, three times a day and stone removed like sand in urine etc.
2. Now-a-days, he is suffering from same problem but symptoms have been increase as;
A) Fever from three days. B) Blood in phlegm by coughing through mouth. C) Blood sometime in urine. D) Urine is yellowish. E) Urine resistance. F) After Urine drop by drop is coming just like urine in the passage. G) Weakness: after getting up from the bed then the darkness feel before eyes for some time. H) Pain in Stomach. I) Pain in Bladder. J) Pain in left side Kidney. J) Pain in right side testical which was harted last year by getting down from Jeep.

Current Symptoms as asked for Kidney Stones:
Pain in Kidney region, Pain in bladder region, Pain on urination at the end of the flow, Dysuria (Burning Urine), Sediment (Material of Rock) in urine, Fever, Decreased urine output (in blockage), Nausea (Vomit) with the pain, Blood in the urine, Color of urine is yellowish. Now felling Cold feet.
