Covid (Omicron) Recovery

Hi,
I am writing to have a good recovery from Covid and avoid taking the antibiotics. Your prompt assistance is highly appreciated.
I am 60yrs old, vaccinated with both doses of Moderna but not taken the Booster shot. Recently, a family member visited us out of town and became covid positive within hours of arrival, this how I got exposed and picked up Covid.
I am just about ending my 4th day of Covid. Started of on 1st day of Covid in the early morning with low grade fever, which increased as the day progressed, reached to 102.5 deg F, managed it with Tylenol & Advil. There were Chills with the high fever. After advil sweated heavily and fever came down. Somehow got neck pain when the fever started to break.
Next day, same pattern, lower temperature/fever in the morning but higher in the night.
Currently, running from 99.1 to 99.4deg F fever. In general, the sides of the head have been hurting all along, have nasal discharge, white or waterish but sticky, mild DRY cough occasionally only. Was severely fatigued but better now. The energy level has been improving, but comes like waves, all of a sudden at times feel extremely drained out/fatigued and get better with rest.
Appetite, thirst, bowel movements etc. all normal.

So now, as it my 4th day of fever, tested positive today, the Dr has prescribed antibiotics which I don't really want to take. I used to get frequent sinus infections before so there is a weakness here in me. Possible that the current low grade fever may be because of some sinus infection due to frequent nasal discharge & also as I have a tendency to easily get sinus infections.

During the last 4 days I have taken Phosphorous 200 single dose in a day followed by Arsenicum Album 200 single dose the next day. So can say a total of 2 doses of each. Last taken remedy is Phosphorus 200. My nostrils are still heavily inflamed but the nasal discharge has reduced and not much now. In general I am healthy, I do take a light dose of BP medicine and use CPAP machine/breathing machine while sleeping.

Please let me know if you have any questions. So basically, again, I want to heal from Covid, have low grade fever, some nasal discharge, nostrils inflamed, mild dry cough.

Thank you very much for your time and assistance.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Take a dose of Nux vomica 30. You may need other medicines later. Report after one day.

it is morning here, slept good.
Temperature currently showing as 98.5 but will see how it goes during the day.
Head congested, nasal discharge same, whitish-watery, and sticky. Nasal inflammation slightly better. Base of the nose / cheeks hurt slightly.
Hawking some mucous from the chest with a mild yellowish tinge in it.
Voice sounds that I am very congested, some sneezing is it.
Based on past experience it is very challenging to be able to avoid antibiotics, so will provide frequent updates. This will be a breakthrough if I can avoid them.

Seems like today is the 2nd day or may be more that I am stuck with low grade fever, may be bcz of infection.
