Seeking Homeopathic Practitioners’ Advice on Calcium intake

This post is open to all the expert practitioners on this forum. I am a woman of 32 with PCOS who has been taking Calcarea Phosphorica 6X once a day for a while to supplement calcium deficiencies that come with hormonal imbalances in your body. Since I do not tolerate milk well and the sources of calcium in my diet are non-existent, I have just also added an over-the-counter calcium supplement to my routine.

My question to everyone is, I was wondering if you could tell me if it is safe to consume a homeopathic and non-homeopathic form of calcium together daily, without causing any potential harm to myself, like an overdose etc? I would like to continue both but figured an expert’s opinion would be worth it.

Thanks in advance.
