Dosage/Potency of Lycopodium as a constitutional remedy
I have suffered from constipation(can go on for several days), excess gas production and incomplete bowel movements from the age of 13. I have had severely painful headache(as if the head will burst) almost daily which are slightly relieved by eating something or passing gas. The headache is worsened by eating foods such as breads, cakes, cabbage, etc. On some days, the headache gradually subsides on its own after 9:00 PM. Defecation certainly helps with the headache. Flatulence is also there after meals. Grays hairs since the age of 16. Hunger and diet don't match. Tiredness and inability to concentrate.Above mentioned symptoms, might not seem significant but they have really hampered my abilities to live a normal life, and in a way, destroyed my childhood.
I've consulted numerous homeopaths as well as allopathic doctors which
seem to only look for suppressing symptoms, rather than looking for a cause, don't have any long lasting effects.
Last homeopathic remedy that I took for 3.5 months is conium maculatum(30C), 3 times a day, based on the suggestion of a friend, it helped with some of the symptoms, but with no long term relief, symptoms relapse within 2-3 days of quitting the medicine. Since last week, I am not taking any medicine.
I have looked into single remedy system of homeopathy, and therefore ready to give myself a semblance of a normal life using constitutional remedies.
As far as my constitution is concerned, Lycopodium seems to really match my personality.
Current age : 24
Slim build with disproportionately thick thighs
Other indicators:
It is very difficult for me to read from a book as opposed to watching a video of the same topic.
I don't like to socialize much and extremely nervous while meeting new people, favour solitude most of the times.
I get easily offended, especially if faced with criticism or different opinion.
I mostly tend to avoid taking on new tasks or responsibilities.
Although I have determined lycopodium to be a possible medication, but I'm unsure of the potency/dosage that will be suitable for me.
Any inputs from the community will be highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
200 should be good to begin the case. It is a deep acting remedy and thus should not be repeated frequently. One dose of 200 potency generally acts for around thirty days. One word of caution,: do not eat or drink sour things as they antidote homeopathic medicine. If it is correct medicine there will be avgravation for a day or two

Hi telescope/Dhiraj!
Thanks for your input.
I currently have 1 bottle of Lycopodium 30C with me. Can I begin the treatment with that? If yes, then how should I take that(drops, frequency , duration & amount of water) ?
Also, as I mentioned usage of conium 30 for 3.5 months in the initial post, do you think it might have any negative effects now or later ?
Kindly specify the gap between repetitions(if required) of Lycopodium.
