Long haul day 25 pneumonia ? Pls help

53 yr old female , non smoking , non drinking , eat pretty clean

No fever (low grade for 8 days in the beginning but not now )

Lung pain , mostly left
Sometimes lungs feel like they are in fire
Sometimes lungs feel like they are icey
Could be heart (I’ve never had any issues , my BP is always 100/60 ish )
Lungs Feel full and heavy
Winded coming up stairs
Fatigue
Stuffy sinus clear but head and ears feel stuffed up
Better for outside in cold air
Better for eating
Better for drinking warm teas
I no longer crave ice water just room temperature

Fear - my mind is worried and tired after all these weeks .
I’ve never had this trouble getting well.
Scared I will End up at the hospital . Scared I will die.
My mom Died at 52 of similar . Hospital didn’t know how to treat her respiratory infection .and they still don’t and Canada has few options available .
When i get scared my chest hurts worse and my heart starts to race

I have had zero sputum , phlegm with this . No sneezing unless I inhale oils , steam water etc . I originally had severe body aches and head pain and severe weakness for 9 days )

My chief complaint all along is my lungs , teeth , sinuses and dry dry dry . We’ve increased the humidity in the house as it was very low .

I have taken recommended protocols out there and it’s still not resolved

My 80 yr old doctor has been off for months , no one
Is covering , clinics locally are only available if your doctor is part of the clinic . Mine is not . Tory have virtual telemedicine but how can they tell
If I have pneumonia ? and my only choice is the ER.

I had used bryonia 200 last week and I used phosphorous 200 today becauce when I tried to blow my dry nose it was streaked with blood .
