Tactile Defensiveness/Skin Sensitivity/Especially Waistbands
Good morning,My 17 year old son has suffered greatly in his own skin for 10.5 years, unable to comfortably wear pants around his waist. Shirts and socks have bothered him and he refuses to wear underwear, but he feels the majority of negative sensations around his waist and it gets worse when he is under stress. He naturally is a high-anxiety person and I believe there is a bit of OCD entwined in all of this. Looking for remedy suggestions. Thank you, heather
