My boy has eye twitching and cold eczema

My 8 y.o. boy has developed an eye twitching (probably left more, but might be both eyes) a year ago. Possible reasons are a sudden barking of the neighbor’s dog that scared him very much and dramatic family conflict at that same moment. Eye twitching occurs when he is reading, playing video games or watching tv, also when he is trying to focus on unpleasant conversation. I was hoping it will go away as he grow but it is still here. Overall he is a happy, empathetic but sensitive child. Ophthalmologist and psychologist both said they see no issues on their end. We didn’t go to neurologist as of yet as the discomfort is only visual.

His other major symptoms include cold eczema on the face (around lips) for the last 6 years, it comes with cold season (December) and lasts until warm season starts (May), gets better in warm humid weather (especially by the water). His body also gets dry during cold months and he scratches some parts until it bleeds (buttocks). The driest body parts are elbows, knees and buttocks. Last couple of years he gets wet eczema behind his ears, it switches from left to right and I can’t find correlation, it doesn’t get better or worse with the weather change. I suspect leaky gut issue.

He also tends to develop red hot chicks when it is hot inside, other kids of similar age seem to stay with normal colored skin. I believe it has something to do with thermoregulation. Would like to fix this problem if possible as well.

He has food sensitivities towards eggs (even slightly allergic according to bloodwork), gluten, citrus, and dairy. Doesn’t have an actual allergic reaction from eating the various food including the mentioned above products. He is allergic to cats and maple (tree). He takes daily vitamins (Smartypants), omega and occasional probiotics.
