Help for great anxiety in a child

Hello, my son is 13 years old. He suffers from great anxiety, worry. He is very successful in school. Teachers say he is a "dream student", "professor"
He does not want to go to school because he is very worried. He is afraid of tests, trials. He is ashamed of the children, he cannot communicate, he has no friends. When he is worried he can't think, he forgets everything. He says he can no longer stand the anxiety and will get sick.
He says that when he is anxious, there is a black oval ball in his stomach and everything around that ball is black. He says this is the center of his emotions. When it is calm there is light and white, this black ball disappears.
When he is anxious he gets heartburn because of the ball, he sometimes says he is vomiting. He was anxious to vomit.
He often uses the word "shrunken" to describe how he feels. He feels his stomach tighten. He says he is curled up at school and hopes the children will not notice.
He shrugs his body forward when he is worried or ashamed. He can't be in a place with a lot of people / crowd / he becomes restless and anxious. He does not like unfamiliar and new places if there are many people. When he is at home or in familiar places he has no problem.
If he meets children on the street he knows, he becomes very anxious, very ashamed. He says he's bent over and he's really bending his body forward. He says he wants to run away, to hide from the children. Wanting to go home, he begins to unconsciously touch his hands. He says he wants nature to hide him from his enemies. A black oval ball appears in his stomach and he begins to have heartburn or vomiting. He says he's trembling, but I don't see him trembling.
When children insult him at school, he says he feels cramped. As he tells me, he shrinks low in the corner of the room. He says he feels very petite in front of them / the children /.
So small that it doesn't even reach the soles of their feet. So small that no one sees or hears it. He doesn't like new teachers and new places and nothing new because he says he needs time to get used to them.
He says he wants to communicate with other children, but does not know how. He says he wants to be like them, but he can't.
Please help me make my son a little calmer

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It appears that he has undergone some trauma in the past or the effects of a trauma around him
How is his sleep
Any dreams
In what situations surroundings and circumstances is he most comfortable

What is it that stops him reacting and give shut up call to the peers who act badly with him
Any physical issues

I have an idea about injuries.
1. When he was between 1 and 3 years old, his grandparents often took him to play with them. Sometimes I saw that the child was not feeling well but I did not know why. When he was about 3 years old, his arms and legs began to bruise, and he often became restless. I once opened the door to his grandparents' room and saw the child on the ground, and they were clasping his arms and legs so that he would not move or remain silent. I learned from him that such things had happened before and he was forbidden to tell me. I don't know how long it has been, I have no other evidence and then no one will believe me. Now he doesn't remember those things. Then he got a dry cough when he was worried and allergic rhinitis.
2. When he was 7 years old at school, a teacher behaved very badly with him and humiliated him in front of all the children. He was shocked then and had bitten his hands. Then he got a tick - he narrowed his right eye and twisted his mouth to the right. Then he started crying and did not want to go to school because he was afraid of the terrible voice of the teacher. The children began to mock him. This teacher is no longer there. He doesn't have that tick now.
3. When he was 8-9 years old, he experienced another shock - he saw our neighbors kill / slaughter / a pig. . He then developed varicocele on his left testicle.
He was 10 years old and I gave him Aconite 200C and 1M - the dry cough and allergic rhinitis were cured, but the varicocele got worse.

Dream Dreams
He sleeps hard and late at night, but sleeps late. He says it is difficult for him to fall asleep because he feels tense, it is difficult for him to relax and think about different things. He usually sleeps for 9 hours without waking up. He does not remember the dreams he has. He only knows that he has had nightmares that make him feel anxious, worried and tense.

He feels best when he is at home, when he is with me, our dog or when he is with my mother. He likes people who are calm and speak in a kind, quiet voice. He only has virtual friends with whom he plays electronic games and with whom he communicates calmly. He is not active, he does not like to go out, he does not like to walk, he says that his legs start to hurt / he shows the upper part of his leg-hips / He is not fat and has a normal weight.
He is ashamed of children, he is afraid of insults and ridicule. He says he is not brave enough to defend himself. He says he wants him to insult them too, but he can't, he says he wants him to hit them too, but he can't. Because he feels weaker than them. That's why he wants to run away.
He has sensitive light skin, blue eyes and light hair. He says his father doesn't take good enough care of him. His father never hit him and never scolded him. My son has had delayed tooth development since he was a baby. At 4 months the gums swelled, but the teeth appeared at 1 year, all of a sudden without any complaints. He is now 13 years old and still has teeth to replace, one of the teeth fell out 1 year ago, but the new one has not yet emerged. As a child, he often had a sore throat and runny nose, but no problems with the tonsils. Now he rarely gets sick. Drink enough water, eat normally. He now has varicocele, suffers from dry skin on the male genitalia and is very anxious. He is impatient and when he wants something he wants things to happen immediately. When he is not anxious he is a completely normal child.
Thank you

In addition to homeopathy, your child needs a therapist who specializes in child abuse. Abuse rewires the brain of the child and pushes normal development backward. USA pediatrician MD Association has been on tv often here explaining this. There are (google stages of child development) and your child is stuck bc of trauma. He is going to need an expert in identifying and helping him move forward in these areas. I’ve had experience with orphans suffering from abuse/neglect and still having trouble interacting with other kids, even into late teens-It’s going to take a lot of patience, understanding and the right help to heal.

Hello, I have sought specialized help from a therapist. I took my child to see a psychotherapist. As I said, he does not feel well only when he is anxious. And when we are at a consultation, he is calm, behaves completely normally and there is no problem. He communicates normally and handles all the tasks given to him without any problems.
