constipation and frozen shoulder

as advised on 1.12.22 i took kali iod for phlem and nasal congestion
, it was relieved. but at present late morning slide phlegm emerging with cough. feeling sore throat and mucous in the throat. nasal congestion feeling at night since 8 pm to late night.
as advised 1.2.22. advised on constipation took nux vom 30, continue as advised but problem is totally cleared.
4.2.22 frozen shoulder medicine prescribed spongia toasta 200 , took it for 8 days but it has not totally relieved. left shoulder down the upper arm joint pain exists.
due to heart problem taking lot of allopathic medicines. HBP, flatulence, stool first emerges with gas no odour and afterwards semisolid and brown colour. CKD with prostrate problems. rumpling. feeling overwhelm day time. feeling well in the evening after day sleep. like sweet. no problem of hunger. apetite o.k. First night sleep good for 4 hrs. and after 3 am urinate and no sleep.
2018 Feb. operated for subdural hematoma. Since 7/8 years irregular pulse bit. one thing i like to stay alone but feeling that some stranger may come near tome. when urinate late night, feels somebody is behind me. when my wife sleep with me no problem. talking hurriedly, can not express myself towards people and feeling shaky to express my thinking to the crowd. Feel that some time name of known person not to remember. locomotor problem. walking problem. pain in left hip joint and knee. sometime red spot on skin.
feeling cold in the head. sometime numbness in legs fingers. uric acid tendency. taking allopathy. i want to avoid allopathy and treat myself with homeopathy.
