Seborrheic blepharitis help needed
I'm new to homeopathy. I've developed this condition of having scaly, dandruffy eyelashes that were itchy in December 2021. I also had multiple bumps looking like pimples on my lower inner and upper inner edges of eyelids prior to this. Also my inner eyelids were pink and swollen. I first was bathing my eyes in warm camomile tea and removing the dandruff with cotton pads, also used different over the counter tea tree oil washes and similar products, as well as heat pad over the eyes. The condition was improving but only for the time I was cleaning my eyes and lids daily 3 times a day. As soon as I stopped cleaning my eyes, it would start over again.I then went to my doctor and she said since I also had developed dandruff on my head sculp which I noticed by chance as the sculp wasn't itchy and I hadn't had dandruff there before, she suggested both conditions could be of fungal origin and prescribed me Fluconazole of 50 mg to take daily for 1 month. And since my right eyelid was getting puffed and red as well as uncomfortable, she also prescribed 0.5% Hydrocortisone cream. As soon as I started using the cream the puffiness was disappearing almost instantly. In the meantime the ophthalmologist prescribed antiallergy eye drops and just heat compression stating it's a meibomian gland dysfunction.
It has been 2 weeks since I started Fluconazole but the condition isn't improving yet and I can't take Hydrocortisone cream anymore as it's not advisable. Also in the past days the upper eyelid gets puffed again, sometimes I wake up with it and it stays semi puffed all day. Warm Camomile tea cleaning procedures seem to help a bit.
What can I try and use from Homeopathy?
I never had blepharitis or meibomian gland dysfunction before. At the moment I'm in perimenopause which started in October 2019 and was expressed in unexplained anxiety and throat tension and sensation of dry throat with no saliva. I have also been taking Acyclovir twice a day daily for herpes infection as a suppressive therapy which I developed in June 2020.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have taken Apis Mel 200C for two days and at the moment there's no lid inflammation. I hope it is gone for good. If it does flare up again, do I just repeat the same course?

You had other issue like itchy eyelids and dandruff on eye lashes also some growth
How are those ?
What about the Herpes ? I feel there is remedy which can cure it

No itchiness, it's gone. The dandruff isn't visible but I'm still cleaning my eyelashes and lids in the morning with Neem leaf tea, this I found out could be a good antimicrobial solution too.
Thank you for your help on that. If you could help me with some natural suppression or remedy of herpes, that would get me back to being completely happy. As a matter of fact I have a flare up from today which I think could be linked to me having had a mild virus for the past three days. The first day I had a very dry trachea and almost lost my voice. The second day and night I had a mild temperature of 37.3 C. The third day - no temperature, but I started having dry cough with nasal congestion and some sinusitis related left temple headache. Today is the fourth day and I'm still coughing every now and then with a mild headache in the left temple. Also herpes hsv2 outbreak from today.

I've been talking 400 mg of acyclovir daily to suppress herpes too. Do you reckon I should still take it along with Apis Mel?

This virus attacks the nerve sheaths of the smaller nerves and the remedy for that is Argentum Nitricum
As of now you continue Acyclovir

Here's my update on blepharitis: unfortunately yesterday evening the dandruff and slight itchiness have come back on my right top eyelid ridge. I'm keeping it at bay by cleaning my lids with neem and camomile tea. Does that mean I need to continue with Apis Mel?
My update on herpes outbreak: it isn't aching or burning anymore, the skin is slightly pink in that area. However I increased Acyclovir dose to 2 x tablets of 400 mg for the past two days, but from today switched back to 1 x 400 mg tablet. I have not been taking any homeopathic treatment for this yet. What would be the potency for Argentum nitricum and how many days do I take it for?

Hi there,
My seborrheic blepharitis is almost gone, but every now and then it sometimes itches along the top eyelashes edge. However the degree of itchiness is minimal and quite mild. Shall I continue with APIs Mel every second morning?

I'm taking 1 tablet of 400 mg each morning. I tried not taking the tablets for 3-4 days but then I feel run down and lethargic with anxiety attacks. I have flare ups sometimes before my periods, a couple of days prior to periods, despite I take 1 tablet each morning. I then normally increase my dose to 2 tablets for a couple of days and it goes away, after periods stop. However, I haven't yet been brave enough to stop taking the tablets altogether mainly because I want to feel energetic.
