Heeborus foetidus

I would like to know what dosage is best for hellebores foetidus for myself.

I was severely hit over the head over 8yrs ago and was bleeding. I think this is my constitutional remedy and I need to get the dosage right. Please advise

The symptoms may aggravate by a couple of doses and then subside
