4th degree episiotomy

Hi, I am 25 years old diabetic and had a baby almost 5 months ago. I had a horrible labor experience that caused a 4th degree episiotomy. WORST pain I have ever felt. After 2 weeks of being out of the hospital my stitches opened since the medication for stool softener that had been prescribed wasn't available till the next day. I later noticed that some fecal matter was coming out from my vagina and the pain was unbearable so I immediately went to the hospital. They told me that yes it had opened and that I needed to go back in six weeks since the wound was still healing to get it fixed. The issue is that they wanted me to go back and reopen the entire wound agian and close it up agian. I was so afraid to relive that same pain agian that I didn't go. I thought maybe time would heal, but I still have fecal matter coming out from my vagina and it still hurts if I am very constipated. Is there something that can help me close that hole or do I have to get the procedure done?

Is there a perforation or have the sutures snapped?

You may have to seek advice from a professional homeopath in and around your area..
