Feeling of Oppressive Heat and Other Symptoms

Male
29 years
Unmarried

I have getting these symptoms.

1. Even little exposure to heat and warmth in sunny days like in summer makes me very irritated. Feels as if body gets too much heated up inside. Prolonged exposure leads to panic attack and urgent requirement of fan Or cold conditioned room.

2. Cannot stay calm when with my girlfriend or stranger during normal conversation , ,simple roaming around in market, eating in restaurant. As if something bad will happen to me. So much panic, it feels head would burst, probably BP shoots up. Wants to come back home quickly.

3. No matter how early sleep in night, morning waking up feels full of anxiety or fear. Anxiety of doomed life, relationship failures, no happiness in life. Sleepiness in daytime. Sometimes suicidal thought comes.

4. In general, I feel like I have some diseases and life will end soon.

5. Little exercise or physical activity including sex causes great tiredness, low stamin, especially in daytime heat.

5. Very less desire to drink water. Sometimes confused feeling of bathing or not to bath. Avoid tight full clothes wherever possible. Mood happy in rainy weather with wind.

6. Sexual desire changes over time. Erection is maintained for short time. Habit of frequent masturbation.
