Heart issue?
I began experiencing a deep fatigue, heaviness behind my eyes like I would normally get if I had a fever, in January 2021. It seemed to abate somewhat in the summer and then came back. I had both an H. pylori infection and Lyme in the summer and fall and did a course of antibiotics for both. I believe the H. pylori is resolved. Then this past December I began experiencing daily diarrhea (I have one loose bowel movement each day), headaches and tachycardia when I get up from a sitting position, or upon first exerting. An ultrasound shows right atrial pressure. I also have air hunger – – feeling like I need to take a deep breath and this comes and goes, but my oxygen levels are good. The headaches are gone thank goodness. I used aconite 30C for a couple of weeks and maybe had some improvement but not really. I am taking Hawthorn tincture and also mullein. I do have high cholesterol, but my HDL numbers are high so the ratio may not be that concerning. I have another ultrasound scheduled, but I am hoping I don’t have to get started with drugs, as I have never had to take any kind of medication before. I am a female, about to turn 60 in 4 months. NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF HR BEFORE DINNER. FOR THREE DAYS
DAY 4 ONWARDS
LACHESIS 200.TWICE A WEEK.
Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time.
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION KALI PHOS 6X AND FERRUM PHOS 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1

Thank you. I have never taken a remedy in liquid form. I’m not sure where to get the liquid Nux and don’t know of a reputable brand. Can you tell me what you would recommend?

So to clarify, with the Nux, put 5 pellets in water and follow the instructions? And the others, take sublingually, like I usually do? Thank you.
