Swollen tonsils

Hello

I have chronically swollen tonsils and nasal congestion. This means I cannot breathe effectively though my nose. Swollen tonsils also cause apnea while asleep. I am reluctant to have surgery and wonder if anyone can offer me advice on what homeopathic remedy I could try? I have read that calc. Carb may be worth trying?

Hepar Sulph 30 FIVE DROPS IN AN OUNCE OF WATER/FIVE PELLETS THREE TIMES A DAY.

IN ADDITION

Ferr Phos, Kali Phos 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY.

FEEDBACK AFTER 7 DAYS.

IF THERE IS ANY COATING ON THE TONSILS IF SO COLOR?
