5yr old boy with ear infection, yellow pus in eyes, cold, cough

My 5yr old boy having
ear infection,
fever(only in night times) (went upto 103.3),
yellow pus in eyes (on waking up from sleep, eyes are with sticking, eyes are of dried pus)
cold,
cough.

We initially thought it is Pollen allergy. But his pediatrician confirmed it is ear infection. (flu and strep tests are -ve).

He complained about ear pain only 3 times since onset of symptoms(6 days).

I am using
Bryonia 30c for cough which is helping
Using Pulsatilla 30c, not sure if it is working or not as I still see yellow pus in his eyes
used argentina nitricum 30c, not observed any changes
used Euphrasia officinalis 30c after which he started complaining ear pain, hence stopped it.

His doctor prescribed antibiotics for 10 days. I am looking for homeopathy to help him instead of antibiotics.

Can you please suggest.
