Prediabetic

I have been diagnosed with prediabetic since almost a year back. I am not taking any type of medicine so far. I have left taking sugar intake in any form since I was diagnosed with pre-diabetic except occasionally and that too very rarely. My only problem is I used to get tired after returning home from university and feel like sleeping. My latest blood sugar report of 25th April 2022 is as follows:
Fasting Sugar:127 and After two hours(PP):150
Please suggest some homoeopathic medicine as I do not want allopathic medicine.

What's "Prediabetic"? Mr Kaps says he is a post graduate in Mech Engg. And he is knowledgeable on Homeo. I think he is an even better Allopath. I have not been able to find this term in a medical dictionary. And Kaps has already made a prescription. Mr Kaps did not even want to know what this person did for one year. What is happening?
