fungal problem in skin
I have got fungal patches on my shoulders (top and back part), lower front neck, back neck and under arms. I use antibiotic ointments like zole-f and quadriderm. It goes off for a while and recurs again. When it recurs, the affected parts are so itching and I have to repeat the ointment application to bring down the itching. The fungal infection is somewhat round and closely located. The symptoms are worse whenever I go for a trip and stay in hotels. The infection recurs immediately after my return. The climate hear is hot, sweaty and humid. I am basically a vegetarian, but takes non-veg sometimes.
I am a postgraduate, married, less talkative and very affectionate with family. I sweat a lot. Especially if I eat hot chilly stuff, sweat will flow like water from my head. I have dense hairs on chest and stomach. I got itching in genital area also, if I travel in hot sun and sweat a lot. I like sweets to some extend. I keep my cloths, bed and socks very clean. I am a bit emotional type and often get high BP, though not regularly. And I don't take any medicine for that. Once, I suffered due to amoebiosis. I tried several antibiotics and got fed up. Then I switched over to homeopathy and got relieved of it. I got worm infection also in the stomach and get anus irritation. I used to take Cina 200c one dose for 2 weeks.
I know pretty well that ointment I use give only external relief. I tried Thuja ointment and Thuja 30c. But, nothing happened. I hate using antibiotics. I desperately on the look out for a homeopathic remedy. I use homeopathy regularly. Can any one suggest me some homeopathic remedies.

can you describe the fungal patches based on the following leads?
- size, shape
- how does it look like, colour, texture etc.
- any itching on the patches.
- any oozing or scales
Also, since how long you have been having these.
which time of the year it is maximum.
which time of the day your suffering is most.

To rishimba
thanks for the reply.
-size is small and almost round in shape.
-The colour is brownish
-Itching only at the beginning stage and after I apply the ointment, itching get reduced.
-No oozing or scales
- Almost two years. For the past one year it is aggressive.
- in the evening hours, it is more.
- The weather in the place I live is hot and humid most of the year. I can say that travelling in hot summer period with lot of sweat aggravates the problem.
Hope I have answered your queries.

start treatment with a few doses of sulphur 30c, one dose each morning. take 2 to 3 doses only and wait for 2 days.
after 2 days, take sepia 30c two times a day for seven days.
note the changes and come back. if there is absolutely no change in the patches, i will take the case on totality of your symptoms.
