Dr. Anuj - Cervical spondylosisDr. Anuj,
Have discussed with you about my Migraine and Stomach related issues (IBS) earlier - Lycopodium (1M) has helped be so far, however I have stopped taking it from the past 2 months since another issue started.
I've had neck pains off and on which become better in usually a week, probably because of the nature of my work where I have to sit in front of the computer for long periods of time.
I woke up one night with severe pain in the right shoulder radiating to the hand about 2 months back which went on for about 15 days. An orthopedic doctor then diagnosed the pain as neck related (Cervical spondylosis) and prescribed pain killers + physiotherapy (IFT, US and Exercises) which has helped however I still feel uncomfortable with neck movements and jerks eg. while driving cause slight pain in the neck or head. Driving or being the car for long period of time (2+ hours) causes headache and nausea. Bending the head down or towards the left-front also causes pain in the scapula region of the right shoulder.
I do basic neck exercises as recommended and while doing them, I can hear clicking or tearing sounds originating from the neck.
Please suggest how can this be controlled. Thank you!
